FESTIVAL "DANS MA CITÉ"

In 2017, the project « Dans ma Cité » was the fruit of the collaboration between DJ Janoz and the artist Mero.
It brings together these two artists originally from Carcassonne around the creation of a unique illustrated album.

Janoz, electronic music lovers know him well. Activist since 1991, he is at the origin of the first authorized raves in Carcassonne in 1995 with Laurent Garnier.
In 2018, the idea of a Festival combining digital arts, street art, and electronic music emerged.

The Festival takes place in Carcassonne with stages bringing together electro artists and Regional street artists in Live painting.
The idea is to offer 'cartes blanches' to renowned artists while collaborating with local actors.

On the principle of a night of lights in the medieval city, the graphic part will be the subject of video projections of works worked live during the concerts and performances of the event.
The Festival brings together 2500 people and continues to grow, bringing together artists from their collectives and guest House & Techno DJs of national and international fame.
